The home was very clean and pet friendly so it worked out great for us and our dog. Loved the Homewood area with lots of great dining options. Our host was very friendly and good about communicating with us.

When I first arrived, immediately noticed this was the only home on the block where the grass was unkept. Inside the home lacked cleanliness, lights glitched in kitchen and back room. The blinds were broken in several rooms and the flooring was coming up in one of the rooms. The host did want to make everything right the next day, however I was there on vacation. I had actually checked into a hotel as I was not comfortable staying the night. He did refund my stay.

I would recommend staying at The Den in Homewood. Illinois, for any traveler. The house was very clean and the accommodations were comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Blaine is an excellent host and if I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, which I treasured. If you're looking for a nice quiet relaxing place to stay at the end of the day, this is it! Marcia
