Sleeping arrangements
Eight bedrooms provide room for your group to spread out, each offering simple comforts. You will find spaces with a queen bed in several rooms, two rooms with a king bed, and a bunk bed with twin over twin in another. Two bedrooms include a bath attached, and the remaining 2 bathrooms are shared. Bedrooms include storage such as closets or hangers, along with TVs and dressers.

Outdoor living
The backyard offers a lake view, pool view, and garden view, bringing a sense of openness to the property. You can spend time by the private pool - heated for a fee- or settle in by the fire pit as the air cools. The outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture give you options for relaxed gatherings. The space also includes a playground, a basketball court, and area set up for mini golf.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes space to cook, store ingredients, and enjoy everyday conveniences. A breakfast nook and breakfast table offer casual seating, while the dining area provides space for shared meals.

Entertainment and recreation
The game room includes a 70" TV, foosball, air-hockey, ping-pong, a pool table, and more.

Essentials and conveniences
Washer, dryer, bed linens and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials starters are provided. Central Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout your stay. Safety features include smoke alarm, exterior security cameras on property, and a fire extinguisher. Guests can use the private entrance, keypad self check-in, and free parking on premises.

Neighborhood
Set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, the home offers an easygoing environment with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The area includes nearby green space and a sense of community that supports a restful stay.

We may have scheduled maintenance services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, or repair work during your stay. These services are performed by third-party vendors on a fixed schedule, and we do not have control over their exact timing. As a result, they may arrive without prior notice to complete work outside the home.

In most cases, these vendors *will not enter the house* and will only perform work in the exterior areas of the property. If interior access is ever required, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
