App. Acacia, overlooks the paved square and has a sheltered pergola with table and benches in front; it is about 80sqm divided as follows: large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed made entirely of wood, one with 2 single beds) a bathroom with shower.The entrance door overlooks the living room which has a fireplace in its centre, next to which are armchairs; set against the walls are 2 sofas and built into the wall is a handy cabinet with a display case whose doors are made of cherry wood, like all the other furniture in the kitchen.From the living room, on the left, one enters the kitchen: under the window overlooking the pergola outside there is a table with chairs and a bench for 6 people, on the right a wall delimits the cooking area (cooker, oven, built-in fridge), at the end the sink.From the living room, down a step, you can access the bathroom and the sleeping area: on the left there is a double bedroom with a wooden double bed (210x1709 cm), an antique dresser, bedside table and a small wardrobe built into the wall; the window overlooks the garden and faces east; on the right of the bathroom there is a bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe built into the wall.We are a couple formed by an Italian and a German (Annalisa and Reinhard), we live here for over forty years and we have built an organic farm (certified) specializing in the production of honey.We are one of the first organic farms of 'Umbria and one of the first farms with permission to farm (license n.13 in Umbria). We have renovated the farm outbuildings to make three flats,one small flat is in the main house where we live;in 2007 we built a cottage out of completely organic material thus expanding our possibility of accommodation.The main house overlooks a square where the entrances to two flats are also located;the other 2 have entrances from the garden and the cottage is situated behind the main house and has its own garden.The large communal area extends beyond the individual flat entrances and is equipped with a large gazebo, an oven and grill and a salt-water swimming pool protected by a tall laurel hedge. The characteristic of our residence is its tranquillity and beauty, as it is situated in the middle of a 10-hectare property and borders on other fields and woods.
