Dr. Ritter- in the house Am Lottenbach: Quiet living with a view into the green

In 1997, we established “Lotte,” one of the first vacation apartments in Weimar, which was often fully booked after a short time. In 2006, “Dr. Ritter” was created on the first floor, facing the quiet garden side. Covering 71 m², it features two bedrooms with walk-in closets—one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds. Another option is the very comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame (160 cm) in the living room. This room, with its warm old oak parquet flooring, is 22 m² in size and features a dining area, sitting area, and smart TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with a filter and espresso machine, fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Tableware, cutlery, and glasses are generously provided, and we always keep a supply of organic spices and olive oil fresh. The oil is brought to us by a young farmer friend from Pelion.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and shower screen. A second toilet avoids congestion in the morning.

Delightful apartment in Weimar

We had a very good stay. The flat is spacious, well equipped, full of light and comfortable. It has character too, which adds to the pleasure of being in Weimar. 20 minutes walk to the centre and ideal to be staying in a rather quieter, residential area. Lots of free parking on the street and an excellent supermarket across the road. Kind and friendly hosts. I would thoroughly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und super ausgestattet. Wirklich sehr besonders für "nur" eine Ferienwohnung. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, aber umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's gleich jm die Ecke. Schöne Tage in Weimar

Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Dr. Ritter sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Parkplätze sind an der Straße vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Schuppen sicher untergestellt werden. Bis zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit.

ruhige, geräumige Wohnung in Weimar

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für die Besichtigung von Weimar und bietet trotzdem einen Blick ins Grüne, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr schön eingerichtet, einmal nicht IKEA, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr gut ausgestattet, für Buchliebhaber gibt es jede Menge Literatur.

Weimar is een historische stad met veel barok maar ook de grondlegger van moderne vormgeving middels BauHaus. Fietsen in de omgeving was niet makkelijk,alleen langs de rivier Ilm was fietsen de moeite waard.

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich in unserer Wohnung wohl gefühlt haben. Leider haben Sie recht: Mit Radwegen sieht es in Weimar nicht so gut aus. Das ist sicher mit niederländischen Verhältnissen nicht zu vergleichen. Aber es bessert sich in kleinen Schritten. We zijn blij dat u zich op uw gemak voelde in onze flat. Helaas heb je gelijk: het gaat niet zo goed met de fietspaden in Weimar. Het is zeker niet te vergelijken met de Nederlandse omstandigheden. Maar het gaat met kleine stapjes vooruit.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser enorm schönen, hellen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und die direkte Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir prima kochen und es uns rundum gemütlich machen konnten. Wunderbarer Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung

Die Wohnung (1. Stock) ist sehr geschmackvoll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, u.a. auch mit vielen Büchern. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ca. 1,4 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Biomarkt und Supermarkt sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Weimar ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Kultur und Geschichte sind in tollen Museen aufbereitet, ursprüngliche kleine Geschäfte, und schöne Grünanlagen wollen erkundet werden.
