Guadalupe 's communication is perfect for a host. It's a nice short walk to downtown to the stadiums or you have the lightrail option. Stayed with my son while doing a tour of MLB parks in Toronto, Detroit and both Chicago's. That back bedroom gets superhot

My 3 adult children and I came to Detroit Saturday - Monday to see afternoon games between the White Sox & Tigers. First of all, communication with Guadalupe was outstanding. I received replies to questions very quickly and the detail she provided on our stay was laid out perfectly. This apartment is one of several within the building which appears to have been a large home which was extended and converted. Our apartment rental, although not large in size, was set up well. It was extremely clean, the bathroom was good size and it had everything we needed for our short stay including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & in unit laundry. The location was very convenient. It was about a 15 minute walk straight down John R. Street to Comerica Park. Since Ford Field and Little Caesars Arena are right near Comerica Park, this location is great if you are attending any games and want to walk. There were plenty of restaurants & bars near Comerica, and Greek Town (which had great restaurants & a Casino) was a short drive from our building. Parking was available out front of our building but we had planned in advance to park in the Detroit Symphony garage at 81 Parsons St. only 3 blocks away and it was only 15/day. For convenience, there was a Whole Foods 1 block away. The most important thing is we all felt safe in the building and walking around the area. We would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip. Thank you Guadalupe for your hospitality!
