Special features: By choosing this property, you’re opting for a vacation rental that offsets the CO2 generated by your stay through tree planting. This means we offset the CO2 generated by your travel to and from the island, as well as during your stay. To do this, we partner with Green Limba. The project is led by two Germans in northern Sierra Leone. There, new rainforest is being created across an area of over 30,000 hectares. These trees can then sequester CO2 from the atmosphere across an area equivalent to roughly 20,000 soccer fields, thereby helping to slow global warming.

We have sponsored 50 trees through Green Limba. This allows us to offset, for many years to come, the CO2 emissions generated by our guests’ travel to and from the property, as well as during their stay.

Location: This vacation home is located in the center of Wenningstedt and is not far from the beach. The bakery and many restaurants are just a few steps away.
