We do have regular monthly pest control service in place; however, being located in the Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and occasionally wildlife or small pests can find their way into a home despite preventative measures. We truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay so we could have responded right away and dispatched our pest control team to address the concern. We hope your next visit to the Smoky Mountains exceeds your expectations.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen area was left a little unclean. A person did come out to finish it up. Was told that I would receive a gift card for the inconvenience but, never got it.

The check in process was fast and easy. The property managers was happy to accommodate us! The property was clean. Pool was a huge it with the kids and loved having the washer and dryer right next to the pool. The only thing we had a issue was the stairs going up the stairs. The bottom step blends in with the floor so you think your at the bottom but your not and come crashing down. We used the lamp for the bottom of the stairs at night so we didn't have all the lights on. (Really could become the to have lights on the stairs somehow) Overall a 11/10 could stay again.

There are light switches located at both the top and bottom of the stairway that illuminate the area, but we appreciate you sharing your observations about visibility on the bottom step. We are also reviewing this with our cleaning and inspection team to see if there are any additional improvements we can make, including whether a different or brighter bulb could better illuminate the lower stair area for future guests.
