We didn’t get there until almost 5:00pm. We opened the door and it looked like someone else was staying there. The cleaning staff was at another cabin. I went to let them know checking was at 4 pm and cabin was not ready. He kept saying are you sure and called his manager. They left that cabin and started cleaning ours told us to give them 1 hr. And apologized for the cabinets n not bring ready. In their haste the bathrooms nor the kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessary towels.

Your cabin should have been fully prepared and ready by the 4:00 PM check-in time, and it is very concerning to hear that it was not. We are truly sorry for the confusion at arrival, the delay in completion, and that the home was not properly stocked when you were finally able to enter. We have already addressed this directly with our cleaning team regarding both timing and quality of service. Situations like this are taken very seriously, and we are genuinely mortified that your experience fell short of expectations. We appreciate your patience in a difficult moment and hope you were still able to enjoy your stay overall.
