Perched at 9,200 feet, the property stays refreshingly cool—typically about 10 degrees cooler than downtown Durango—making it an ideal summer retreat. While rarely needed, the home is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort during warmer days.

Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this cabin offers a peaceful mountain escape with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
