Why they chose this property

This is an amazing location. You can walk along the water to Cama Beach State Park and grab a breakfast or lunch that the terrific cafe. They even have delicious take-n-bake items for dinner.

What makes this property unique

This is the biggest house and only double lot on this beach. There are only 5 other houses. It's like the rest of the world is miles away.
