Whistler Peak Lodge is enviably situated in the heart of Whistler Village, with grounds that include a fitness room for your morning workouts and ski/bike storage. The Whistler Village Gondola, the Excalibur Gondola, and the Fitzsimmons Express Chairlift are all within a quarter-mile stroll. If downhill skiing isn't your activity of choice, you can snowshoe, cross country ski, or peruse the many shops and restaurants that await practically outside your door. Super senior review

The stairs outside the lodge to get to the ski hill are rather hard on aching knees. Nothing to do with the accommodation but I think worth mentioning. Place was great.

The suite was great-a large room with full kitchen, washer & dryer. The kitchen could have used a few more utensils, but otherwise good. The only drawback was the noise…our room looked out onto the village and there was a pizza place across the street where everybody went when the bars closed so it was very noisy late at night.

Bed was comfortable, room was warm and clean. Better than I thought. Nice kitchen as well. However, you can hear people walking and talking till late night and then early morning. I am not a light sleeper, so it was okay for me, but if you are, I wouldn’t recommend.

Clean and nice room. Nice to be able to stay in the village and walk to ski lifts. Location was important for us. Bed was comfortable. But the way the air conditioning unit is mounted in the window and left year round means it is just a thin layer of plastic and there is a lot of street noise (drunk people partying until 2am) that comes into the room. The shower had very little hot water (even thought the sinks would get nice and hot). Don’t expect to cook or prepare much food unless you pack in every possible item from knives to measuring utensils. You’ll find dishes and silverware and not much else.

Spent the weekend at Whistler and was pleasantly surprised at the great location of this lodge with quick access to everything in the village, including the main parking lots and North Village. Comfy apartment style rooms with bike storage down below, hot tub and small fitness center, as well as a drug store, a couple restaurants and a theater all right in front of you. Staff was friendly and welcoming, price was great. Will definitely return!
