For many years, our family has loved vacationing in the mountains of Western North Carolina. After two years of searching, we discovered Mountain Ridge Cottage on Turkey Creek — a place that immediately felt like home. It became our retreat from busy lives in Louisiana, a quiet refuge where we could slow down, breathe deeply, and feel the presence of God in the beauty around us.
Today, our daughters manage Mountain Ridge Cottage, continuing the family tradition of sharing this special place with others. What began as a dream for us has become a legacy of love that spans generations. We hope every guest experiences the same peace, renewal, and sense of connection that our family has found here.

We were drawn to the small-town charm of Hendersonville and Brevard, where friendly people and an easy pace of life make every visit feel special. From the moment we first drove up Turkey Creek Drive, we knew this was where we wanted to be. The breathtaking mountain view from the deck immediately captured our hearts and continues to be the highlight of every stay.
Our goal was to create a mountain retreat where we could gather with our children and grandchildren — a place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Western North Carolina. In just ten minutes, we can reach local shops and restaurants, and the Asheville Airport is only 25 minutes away.
