Located in beautiful North Augusta on 1 acre in a quiet and secluded small neighborhood, this charming house offers plenty of space for a relaxing getaway. With four bedrooms featuring two king beds and two full beds, guests can enjoy restful nights after a day at the course. The five bathrooms include both bathtubs and showers, providing comfort and convenience. There is 1 additional half bath. All rooms are on 1 level. An additional office for remote work is available. Or venture over to the attached bonus room with a 75 in TV, futon, and reclining theatre seats, which adds flexibility for relaxation and extra guests. Additionally there is a large back porch, perfect for morning coffee, southern evenings, post-round cocktails, or outdoor hosting. Whether you’re unwinding or staying productive, this welcoming home has you covered. Not to mention, the home offers quick access to the Augusta National, as well as local dining and entertainment.
