Bayfront Beauty is a bright and inviting bayfront condo offering peaceful water views and a thoughtfully updated interior—perfect for guests looking to relax while staying close to Ocean City’s attractions.



The open living area is designed to highlight the bay, with large windows framing the water and comfortable seating that makes it easy to unwind. The living room and primary bedroom both enjoy excellent bay views, creating a calm and scenic backdrop throughout your stay.



The kitchen has been renovated with sleek cabinetry, dark stone countertops, a tile backsplash, and a generous island with counter seating—ideal for casual meals or gathering with family and friends. While the appliances are not new, the kitchen is fully stocked and functional, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.



Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom and bay views, while the second bedroom includes a Queen bed with convenient access to the second full bathroom. Each bathroom offers a walk-in shower, providing added space and comfort.



Whether you’re enjoying quiet mornings watching boats pass by or winding down in the evening with the water just outside your window, Bayfront Beauty delivers a relaxing coastal escape with everything you need for a comfortable stay.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that coastal living sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as birds or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of the area’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. And let us know if anything breaks – accidents do happen and the sooner we know, the quicker we can fix it. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Several owners live full-time on the Shipwreck Property. We want all guests to have a great time, while being respectful of all neighbors and the association rules.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of local Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your booking confirms your agreement to follow them.
