Enjoy your holiday in our 4-star "Dünenrose" penthouse apartment in the newly built "Villa Meeresrauschen," located right on the beach on Pelzerhaken’s South Beach. This apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is not child-safe due to the spiral staircase. A cot cannot be provided due to space limitations.

The car park is equipped with a gate that opens at the push of a button (to enter); you’ll receive the key fob at check-in. Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s own outdoor parking space, No. 35b.

The living room features a spacious seating area with an ottoman and a flat-screen TV.
A fully equipped, high-quality kitchen is integrated into the living area. The oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop is freestanding and adjacent to the dining area.
Of course, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee pod machine (Tassimo), toaster, electric kettle, and blender. There is an ample supply of high-quality china, glasses, and silverware. A tabletop grill is also available.

The bedroom features a spacious closet, a chest of drawers, and a comfortable box-spring bed with a full-length topper.
A flat-screen TV is, of course, also included.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and the bathroom also features a towel warmer.
A vacuum cleaner, iron, small ironing board, and clothes rack with clothes pegs are also included.

Adjacent to the living area is the first spacious rooftop terrace, facing east.
Here you can enjoy your breakfast sheltered from the wind with a view of the Baltic Sea. This terrace features a very nice seating area with a bench, as well as an electric awning.
From there, a spiral staircase leads to the second rooftop terrace, approximately 40 m² in size, offering a breathtaking panoramic view across the Baltic Sea all the way to the Travemünde harbour entrance.
Here you’ll find a beach chair and a comfortable, secluded lounge set with a parasol. You can spend the whole day here enjoying the sun in privacy.

The basement features a shared bike storage room and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a flower shop, a small supermarket, a bakery, a hair salon, and an ice cream parlour.
Right in front of the complex is the beautiful beach with its pier.
The charming town of Pelzerhaken offers, among other things, ideal surfing and kitesurfing conditions.
Car-free cycling and hiking along the Baltic Sea are possible all the way to Rettin.
A mini-golf course is located right next to the Pelzerhaken South Cape.

Pelzerhaken is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a quiet holiday spot on the Baltic Sea. Even in high season, you can still easily find a relaxing spot on the beach here, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can enjoy long walks and sunsets on the beach in any season!

Villa Meeresrauschen features a lockable bike storage room in the basement that can be used by all guests.

Your car will have a reserved parking spot on the property throughout your stay. The car park is equipped with a gate that can be opened at the push of a button or with your apartment key (for entering and exiting).

The clearance height for the underground garage is 2.00 m!
