Welcome to our two-bedroom holiday house in Barbat on the island of Rab, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

It has a patio with grill and table and chairs, ideal for sipping drinks and enjoying the fresh air.

We will also provide you with a Wi-Fi, air condition unit, free parking spot in front of the house and boat mooring.

You'll love to stay in this comfortable two-bedroom house with patio and garden.

Patio with garden is exclusively yours to use and has outside grill, sundeck and table and chairs ideal for sipping drinks and enjoying the fresh air.

It's located in a quiet area 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the historic town of Rab.

If you have your own boat, we have secured a mooring for you located on the shore.

We also provide free parking spot in front of the house that you can use for free.

Master bedroom has one comfortable king-size

Second bedroom has also one comfortable king-size bed.

Living room is equipped with air condition unit, large smart LED TV with satelite channels and one cozy single bed.

Fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven,kettle, coffee machine, microwave on request, toaster and fridge with freezer, is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.


We will provide you also free parking spot, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside..

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
