The spacious luxury suite 1.05 is located on the ground floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 4 people in its 82 m² of space, featuring two bedrooms.

You’ll find a stylish, well-equipped kitchenette. Adjacent to it are the dining area and the cosy living area. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower.
One separate bedroom with a double box-spring bed has access to the balcony and features its own additional bathroom with a shower. The other separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated from the living room by sliding slatted doors.

Highlights of the suite include its own small sauna (1.17 m × 1.17 m) and the furnished balcony, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The lower level also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade features an impressive array of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighbouring Baltic Sea resorts, both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde), further enhance the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
