The lower level features three bedrooms with double box-spring beds—each bedroom has access to the large, furnished terrace. The lower level also includes two luxurious bathrooms with showers and a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m). From the lower level, you can also access the underground car park. The apartment includes one underground parking space.

The upper level features a spacious, open-concept living and dining area, including a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette. The upper level is complemented by the large balcony with balcony furniture and sun loungers.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash rooms for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
