This self-catering holiday home is located at the entrance to Hinterstoder in a sunny spot and can accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for groups or families. The owners are present only for the handover; tenants have exclusive use of the property thereafter. The entire house is always rented to only one group or family at a time.
On the ground floor, you’ll find one of the two fully equipped kitchens, featuring an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, silverware, etc., as well as a cosy living room with a TV, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, another fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The attic houses the remaining three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Ample parking and open space, as well as a private garden with a lawn for sunbathing, round out the accommodation. It’s only about 300 m to the finish area of the Hannes-Trinkl World Cup course, 1 km to the valley station of the Hinterstoder Bergbahnen and the town centre, and just 50 m to the ski bus stop. There’s a cosy garden in front of the house.
