The Luxe Loft was perfect for us. It is a beautiful studio apartment with everything necessary and the location couldn’t be better.

Loved our stay here for UT football game. So close to great restaurants and bars - loved Kefi - great food and cocktails, open late, and 20 seats at bar if you can’t get a rezzi. Also try Good Golly Tamale, great frozen tamales to take home too. Owner is correct to say that if you don’t want to be staying near the party this place isn’t for you. But I loved the walk ability and easy access to game shuttle. Music plays on weekends past 2am, but the music is good and you’re not hearing street noise or people noise. We slept soundly. The fan and noise machine are fantastic! Appliances are top notch - GE mini fridge has a real icemaker. Sharp Convection/microwave cooks and warms, FisherPaykel DW drawer is top notch. Noticed there was a fire escape ladder under the sink - good to know. Shower is nice, and sofa comfortable. Check-in was super easy once I remembered to sign the initial contract. So cute in terms of design! Unless you crave quiet or have a lot of luggage (stairs up) I would highly recommend!

Our neighbor had to give us our code which is a massive safety issue. Support was not getting the hint of the issue. My automatic lock unlocked my neighbors door but we were in the correct loft. Was not resolved and resulted in trust of the neighbor, now up to standards for a Vrbo, that means another unit has access to our unit during the whole stay. NO codes given by support worked.Was very clean and we enjoyed the location.

I did not receive an email with access information to the unit until I reached out to what would appear to be a corporate ownership group. The original codes did not allow me access into the building, but only to the common staircase and platform at the top of the stairs between two units. After multiple attempts with codes that were given to me over the phone failed to allow me to gain entry. I was then told they’d call me back. I did not receive said call but after waiting an hour called them and was told that there were more codes emailed to me. After those codes failed, I had to address the reason for my trip and attend one concert after missing two, and then needed to babysit my five-year-old niece! Upon returning at 12:30 in the evening, I had finally received a code that allowed access into the event and was able to take a shower and not change my clothes at the top of the stairs. The street of this unit is on is blocked off for traffic due to the volumes of people coming in and out of the bars underneath the unit that continue to play music until 3 AM! Did I mention that the vent underneath the sink was allowing sewer gas to enter the unit? Otherwise, the unit was clean, reasonably well stocked, and the TV worked…
