Charming holiday home with many luxury amenities, such as a sauna and a sunroom—quietly located in Maasholm Bad—within walking distance of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. The house, which sleeps up to 5 people, was renovated in 2017 and completely redesigned and refurnished. It stands alone on a property surrounded by bushes and trees. The lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of spots to relax and is simply beautiful to look at—even in winter, flowers bloom here. The property is completely fenced in. A lockable bike storage room is available for your bicycles, and a parking space for one car is also provided.
Please note: the holiday home is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
The security deposit is 150 euros, which will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure, following the return of the holiday home in accordance with the contract and after deduction of energy costs. Bedding is included; towels and sauna towels can be booked for an additional fee.

The house was renovated in 2018 and completely redesigned and refurnished.

You’ll relax on a beautiful property surrounded by shrubs and small trees. The lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of space to unwind.

A special highlight is the secluded, covered, and sheltered terrace, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or a roll with freshly caught fish in any weather.

The house (approx. 103 sqm) offers you:

on the ground floor:
- a bright and inviting kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
- a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.
- a sauna
- an utility room with a washing machine and a hallway with a coat closet.

On the 1st floor:
- an additional bathroom
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a smart TV
(Extra beds are gladly provided upon request)
- 1 living room with a cosy corner sofa, Smart TV, and fireplace

An open staircase from the living room leads to the attic:
- a rustic sailor’s cabin (limited headroom!) with 1 double bed. This sailor’s cabin was built by a boatbuilder.
- a spacious attic (storage space for suitcases, etc.)



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
