Pet Policy
We love hosting dogs, and we want your pets to feel at home too!
Please follow these simple guidelines:
1. Dogs are welcome. Please keep them off of the carpeted areas. There is a gate that separates the kitchen from the rest of the house. They are welcome in the kitchen and laundry area. They are allowed to sleep in the room with you at night—$25 fee.
2. If a pet soils the house (carpet, bedding, or furniture), a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
3. If your pet damages property or furnishings, the cost of repairs or replacement will be billed.
4. When you’re away from the property, please secure your pet in either the laundry room or the shed space attached to the garage.
5. Please pick up after pets in the yard and dispose of waste properly.
6. We understand that everyone loves their pets and believes in their good nature. We don’t assume any pet has ill intentions — however, accidents can happen.
We work very hard to keep the property in outstanding condition for all guests. For that reason, we ask that pets remain off all carpeted areas at all times.
