Access to balcony. Shower/toilet. Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed as an extra bed, and direct access to another double bedroom. Next to the apartment is another double bedroom with a shower/toilet. Important guest notice: The landlord reserves the right to lock one room when the apartment is occupied by 4 people.

The farmstead stands alone on a beautiful hillside with a view of the Markbachjoch ski and hiking area across the way, in the Bacherwinkl district.

The holiday home, featuring two cosy and vacation-ready apartments, is accessible via a narrow mountain road approximately 1.5 km long; parking is available directly at the house.
An open garden area with seating can be shared with the property owners who live in the house. An additional outdoor seating area in front of the house is available to guests staying in the ground-floor apartment.

Wildschönau outdoor pool with a sunbathing area and playground: 3.6 km. A highlight is the new, spectacular Alpin Coaster at the Drachental Adventure Park in the town of Oberau, 5 km away. Ride the coaster sleigh down to 1,355 metres through numerous curves and drops of up to 25 metres into the valley. A great experience for the whole family.
