1. Primary Guest Requirements
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
- A valid government ID is required before check‑in.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
2. No Smoking or Vaping
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, on decks, or near doors/windows.
- Violations result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction.
3. Pet Policy (With Prior Approval Only)
- Pets must be approved before booking.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended unless crated.
- No pets on furniture or bedding.
- Clean up all pet waste indoors and outdoors.
- Any pet‑related damage or excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
- Full Pet Addendum applies.
4. Safety & Security
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
- Children and pets must be supervised on decks, stairs, and outdoor areas.
- Do not tamper with exterior cameras or safety devices.
- No climbing or leaning over deck railings.
5. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Please respect neighbors and the residential nature of the area.
6. Parking
- Park only in the designated driveway spaces.
- Do not block neighboring driveways or park in the yard.
- No RVs, campers, or trailers without prior approval.
7. Cleanliness & Care
- Treat the home with care and respect.
- Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house.
- Indoor towels must remain inside; beach towels are provided for outdoor use.
- Do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange large items.
8. Kitchen & Appliances
- Do not place hot items directly on counters.
- Run the dishwasher before checkout.
- Dispose of trash in outdoor bins and secure lids tightly.
9. No Parties or Events
- No parties, events, or large gatherings beyond the number of registered guests.
- Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal without refund.
10. Grilling & Fire Safety
- Grilling is not permitted on decks per local ordinance.
- Use only the designated ground‑level grilling area.
- Never leave grills unattended.
11. Outdoor Spaces
- Keep deck furniture secured when not in use.
- Do not hang towels or clothing over deck railings.
- Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the home.
12. Damage & Reporting
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.
13. Check‑Out Requirements
- Check‑out is 10:00 AM.
- Start the dishwasher.
- Place used towels in the bathroom.
- Remove all food from the refrigerator.
- Take trash to outdoor bins.
- Lock all doors and windows.

Always follow lifeguard instructions.
Rip Current Safety
- Stay calm
- Don’t swim against the current
- Swim parallel to shore
- Float/tread water if needed
- Signal for help
Never allow children to enter the water unsupervised.
General Water Safety
- Swim near lifeguards
- Never turn your back to the ocean
- Keep children within arm’s reach
- Avoid swimming during storms
- Alcohol + ocean = dangerous
Beach Gear & Ordinances
- No gear left overnight
- Fill in holes
- Stay off dunes
