Kimi's Kate, Deutschland

We purchased the house in late 2015 and completely renovated the interior to a high standard in early 2016; the fence and the entire garden area were also redesigned at the same time. (By the way, Kimi’s Kate is located along the extension of the street where the other two houses are situated, heading towards shopping, Fuhlehörn Beach, and the ferry terminal.)
Kimi’s Kate is completely detached, bathed in natural light, and features a “boat bench” terrace facing the sun from morning to evening, an electrically retractable awning with wind protection, unobstructed views in all directions, a large, fenced-in “driftwood” garden with a giant “beach find” sandpit and a beach chair, as well as a separate “sauna house” with its own porch in the garden, a spacious “cosy” living room with a panoramic wood-burning stove, solid wood dining area, large swivel TV, and a cosy, spacious sleeper sofa corner for relaxing, a modern maritime “beach bar”-style kitchen (with retro design elements, fully equipped and offering a view over the fields of Nordstrand),
1 spacious “sea”-themed shower room with a toilet, as well as an additional maritime-style toilet on the 1st floor, where the 3 (!) “Sleep Tight!” bedrooms are also located...
With its casual, timelessly beautiful interior style, Kimi’s Kate offers a wonderful retreat to escape the daily grind, plenty of space for families, and guests with dogs are still welcome, as the house—while very unique (featuring a contemporary, modern design combined with traditional elegance) and, above all, high-quality—is also easy to maintain and allergy-friendly.
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. (A wooden step stool is located in the bathroom.)
One men’s and one women’s bicycle are available for free use; additional bicycles can be rented nearby if needed.
A fast Wi-Fi connection is, of course, available...
With approximately 100 m² of living space and 600 m² of property, you can spread out and relax to your heart’s content, enjoy a sophisticated living atmosphere, take a deep breath, find peace, let your gaze wander, and unwind.
A lounge set on the veranda, as well as a beach chair, a boat bench, two sun loungers, an outdoor dining set, a grill, and a campfire pit in the beach area invite you to linger outdoors.
By the way, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Nordstrand’s main beach, Fuhlehörn, and the ferry terminal to the islands; various shopping options, a bank, the tourist office, and the island museum are even within walking distance.
Private parking spaces are available. 
Husum, with its picturesque market square and harbour, is only a few kilometres away.
