The three separate bedrooms are furnished as follows:
1st bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), nightstands with reading lamps, TV, and a closet.
2nd bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m), nightstands with reading lamps, TV, and closets
3rd bedroom with a bunk bed (90 × 200 m) and a closet.

PLEASE NOTE: The two double beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm) each have full-length mattresses—please bring appropriate fitted sheets. Thank you very much

The spacious living area features a flat-screen TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a built-in, well-equipped kitchenette.
The sofa converts into a bed, perfect for cosy TV nights or as an additional sleeping space.
From here, you also have access to the large, sunny balcony.

The holiday rental features a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, and two sinks, as well as a guest bathroom.

The location of the holiday rental is one of the best in the seaside resort. The boardwalk and the beach are just a few steps away. The sports and spa centre is within easy reach.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
