Overall, we had a very good experience. If one is looking for a great location to explore Knoxville, or you are attending a conference, this is a superb place. There were a couple of notes that are worth pointing out. One was likely an oversight by the owner and the property management company. The owner offered us a discount on staying an additional night, which we accepted. However, that didn’t get communicated to the property manager who had a cleaning crew show up at our original checkout time. This was quickly resolved via text, but I was taken off guard when I received notice that we had not removed our stuff from the property. Secondly, it is worth the property manager arranging a way to include parking for the property. This would eliminate the hassle of guests finding and paying for parking in an area where there were plenty of spots available, but the lots needed an option to pay once for the number of days one would be staying. A final issue that one should be aware of (not the fault of the property owner) was the noise in the front room can remain loud at night. In the bedrooms it wasn’t a problem, but my son preferred to sleep in the living room space and he complained about noise from the street brought on my motorcycles, the nearby train, and occasional loud music from passing cars. Just be aware that this location is in an urban environment with typical traffic noise. I would recommend this place but small caveats.
