Dear guests, welcome to the “Lotsenhaus” residence! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

At the “Lotsenhaus” residence, our stylish 3-room holiday apartment “Ostseetörn” is available to you, featuring two large balconies and a magnificent view of ships entering and leaving the harbour. The high-quality, fully equipped holiday apartment measures approximately 77 square metres, is located on the ground floor, and features a large living room, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms—each with a double bed—a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a small storage room. Generous windows let plenty of light into the apartment and offer a view that promises relaxation and rest at all times. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
You can park your car on the property free of charge (No. 12).
The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring. Amenities include a radio/CD/DVD player, cable TV, a built-in kitchen with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a sink, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher. You can store your bicycles in the storage room (No. 12). This is a non-smoking apartment.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels,shower mat).

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
