Njivice
Njivice is a coastal village in the northwest of the island Krk, south of Omišalj to which they belong administratively. The drive is only a few minutes away from the Krk Bridge, Rijeka Airport and Malinska in the south. In the past, residents of Njivice have been engaged in fishing, livestock breeding and olive growing, but nowadays, due to its convenient location, transport connections and natural beauties, Njivice is becoming a popular tourist destination. Njivice today has 1115 inhabitants.

The beaches in Njivice are pebbled or tiled, while there are a number of smaller, more private beaches outside the town. The Njivice center is a port close to restaurants, cafes and other tourist attractions. There are two hotels in Njivice and a campsite. Kijac
It is located in the Kijac neighborhood and pets are allowed. The dog beach has trash cans, including bags. The beach is pebbly, offering the water trampoline and pedal boats. There are many restaurants in the area as well.
Pod crkvu
The beach in the center of Njivice, consists of several "capes", that is, you can choose between a pebble beach, a concrete part, a rocky area and a nudist beach. With refreshment restaurants, parents with children can relax as the beach is equipped with a trampoline, water world on the sea and pedal boats as well.
Jadran
Along the promenade in Njivice, next to a forest that provides natural shade. Rich in amenities such as restaurants, stalls and cafes. There are even two nice chill out beach bars.
Blatna
This secluded wild beach is located in a hard-to-reach bay. There are many hiking trails and mountain biking trails in this area, and nearby (slightly inland) is the Mohorov archeological site.
Dumboka
This lonely wild beach is very difficult to access. There are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. The Omišalj Refinery is a few bays away.

The location here is excellent. We were fortunate enough to have a penthouse suite that has a great view and plenty of room for relaxing and sun tanning. This unit has two terraces so you can take advantage of the sun or the shade whatever you like

Rewelacyjny pobyt w świetnych warunkach!

Apartament był perfekcyjny pod każdym względem. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Rewelacyjny basen ze słoną wodą bez zapachu chloru na wielki plus. Dzieci były bardzo zadowolone z wodnych szaleństw. Polecam!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Njivice, unsere Unterkunft war top und die Hauswirtin war super freundlich. Ich würde auf alle Fälle wieder die Unterkunft buchen. Kleinigkeiten die ich persönlich bemängel, ist die sehr überschaubare Ausstattung der Küche und Badutensilien, aber als Ferienwohnung dennoch ok. Kleinere Reparaturarbeiten sind/waren nötig, Hinweise wurden aber dankend angenommen und wenn möglich gleich behoben.

Glorious residence!

Tomislav scheint nur ein Vermittler der von Ruza Sojic vermieteten Wohnung zu sein. Wir hatten nur Kontakt zu Ruza und ihrem Nachbarn ... nicht einmal zu Tomislav. Ruza und ihr Nachbar Daniel waren stets sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war spitze, die Klimaanlage war perfekt regulierbar. Der grosse Pool wurde von uns fast jeden Tag genutzt. In ei er Entfernung von ca. 2,5 km haben wir einen perfekten Strand mit einem großen Parkplatz, einer Bar, Liegen und sehr viel Schattenplätzen gefunden. Rund herum war es ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub. Da haben die 2 Regentage wärend unserer 16 Urlaubstage nicht gestört. I h kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, obwohl die etwas teuer war.

Schöne Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen, damit immer Sonne. Möglichkeit des Nutzung des Pools und des Grills. Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe auch interessante Spots. Haben uns super entspannt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Extraordinary journey!

Wir hatten als Paar einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub in dem komplett neuen modern eingerichteten Appartement. Die Wohnung umfasst das gesamte oberste Stockwerk. Sie war sehr sauber und bot jedlichen Komfort wie im Angebot beschrieben. Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Wohnungsübergabe und Rückgabe hat mit der Eigentümerin gut funktioniert. Sie wohnt in der Nähe ,war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Probleme gut erreichbar. Von der Wohnung ist alles im Ort in ca.5-10 min Fußweg erreichbar. Strand,kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft,Bäckerei,Restaurants. Njivice ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort. Größere Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto in ca.10 min zu erreichen. Auf den 2 großen Terrassen mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen kann man gut relaxen. Abwechselnd liegt eine in der Sonne und eine im Schatten.

Major-league holiday!

We had a phantastic stay in Njivice in this appartment. It's brandnew, equipped with tasteful furniture for all needs and very suitable for a family of 4 people. It's located very nicely, the beach, a bakery, a small supermarket and also many restaurants can be reached within only a couple of minutes of walking distance. We would definitely recommend this appartment and would very much like to come back in future. Thank you very much for phantastic holidays in Njivice. Randy & Christoph
