Great place! It was the only place we found with a hot tub and a pool which is why we booked it. The view of the city is amazing from the rooftop hot tub as well. The host, Jeff, was very responsive and quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. Short drive to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a great property. Sleek, modern and full of amenities. There were a few minor issues but the host responded right away and was also open to suggestions for future stays. The host was very kind and responsive. Check-in and Checkout was seamless. If you like a rental with a modern esthetic, this is the place for you.

The home it’s very spacious, we loved the pool . It was quiet and private . The location is perfect minutes away from Broadway. The communication with the owner was excellent. Will definitely come back .

We had a great stay at this house in Nashville! The home was incredibly spacious, with plenty of sleeping areas and lots of comfortable spaces to spread out and relax. It was perfect for our group and never felt crowded.The location was also excellent—close to downtown and everything we wanted to do, while still giving us plenty of space to unwind afterward. And a short walk to the nearby coffee shop. The highlight was definitely the rooftop, which had an awesome view of the Nashville skyline. The hot tub made it even better and was a great place to relax at the end of the day.Overall, the house was comfortable, spacious, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for a great Nashville stay. We would definitely recommend it!

This property is AMAZING! One tip: don’t forget where you leave your phone because the place is massive and we definitely got our steps and stairs in! Jeff was very quick to respond to every request too. I almost felt bad we didn’t have more than just us three girls there because of the space! Downtown was a 5 minute Uber ride and the Eastside had some really cool vintage stores and low key hang outs. Location is quiet, private, and has beautiful views (especially from the hot tup on the roof!). Would 100% stay here again!

This property is so cute! parking is a little weird because it's so tight but everything was amazing, the only thing i would recommend is maybe some more towels because there was 7 adults staying here and we ran out of towels between the pool/showers. Aside from that, i would 100% recommend this property
