Great place to stay in Kingman. The house is warm and inviting and yes it has A/C that works awesome by the way. You are close to several activities and Historic places to visit. I highly recommend Mr. D'z as a spot to have a least one meal.

I was hesitant to pick the least expensive place, but I’m SO glad we did! We had 5 adults staying for 4 nights/5 days for a family gathering, and it worked out great.This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel—and it’s not trying to be—but our Host, Lisa, was definitely 5 stars! She was communicative, very accommodating, allowed family over for dinner, and was great with our dog.Our small/medium dog goes everywhere with us, so having her with us was a huge plus. After being around family all day, it was nice to come back to our own sanctuary. We walked the neighborhood each morning and felt safe.The house has a HUGE fenced yard and covered patio. We enjoyed cooler evenings watching thunder and lightning from a safe spot while enjoying sunsets.The master has a king-size bed and ensuite bath. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked.One of the funnest parts was giving family a tour to see the eclectic artwork, retro furniture, and fun light fixtures. Now I need to find those ring lights! The house was set up for guests. I could have packed a much smaller overnight bag because everything was already there. Lisa even provided drinks, frozen mugs, and coffee pods in case we didn’t make it to the store our first day.Lisa is a thoughtful, considerate Host, and we really appreciated all the generous touches. We got exactly what we needed—and more than expected—for a great price. We’d definitely stay here again!
