Hello and welcome to our Listing page. *We have many residences just down the hall from each other. Do let us know if you need multiple to accommodate.

Please take a moment before submitting a booking request and familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy, house rules, and description. Also, when submitting your request make sure the number of guests (adults/children) is reflected accurately.

Our check-in time after 4 pm/ check-out by 11 am times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times. If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation. Thank you.

Bulk trash can be taken to the trash compactor just at the end of the building opposite the front entry gates.
Please return the key to your key box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This location was very convenient for us. The instructions to checkin and parking was very easy to find. The host was very clear and accepted oir request with short notice. We highly recommend this location. Very close to evening interesting in ft. Worth.

Overall, the unit appeared clean and the check-in process was smooth. However, the unit smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the general upkeep of the unit was not great (i.e. broken window blinds, holes in the drywall, cracks and pink/orange stains around the base of the shower). Also, the overall complex and hallways were very dirty and also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We had only a 1-night reservation but ended up checking out way early for our flight and only stayed a couple of hours.

The apartment itself was excellent. The building interior; hallways and stairwelll were stained from leaking garbage and no regular power washing.Short walk to downtown area, pool was nice; comfortable kind of secluded . Response from host was excellent. I’m not text savvy so quick response was needed due my issues with gate entry. Ensure that you register your vehicle and take picture of screenshot. Here2visit will tow.I would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, something simple with a pool for us and our son while we visited family in Fort Worth. As many reviews have stated here the closest elevator was still down so we mostly used the stairs or walked down to the other elevators in the adjacent building. There were a couple housekeeping things (full garbage and unable to access TV streaming services or add our own accounts) that weren't perfect, but overall the place gave us what we were looking for as far as location and a good kids pool.

This was lovely just what we needed. The only issue was it was a 3 flight walk up since the elevator was down. I'm asthmatic and it was a challenge for me. Other than that it was clean, cozy, cost effective and perfect for what we needed.

This was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. My parking spot was a long ways from the entrance. I wouldn't stay there again. They did answer and communicate well.

We were in Fort Worth for our daughter’s gymnastics meet. Place was roughly 10-15 minute walk to the convention center. Walked multiple times from the unit to restaurants and convention center. Easy and clear check in process. Place was as described. A little wear in the bathtub area and unit walls. Kitchen was clean. Air mattress had a hole in it and owner addressed issue the next day, but didn’t affect our stay due to friends letting us borrow one. Outside the unit, in the stairwell, did have a urine smell most likely from dogs belonging to complex. Appears the complex does a cleaning every so often to address the issue. Overall would stay here again.

Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!

The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. My biggest issues were that the designated parking spot was taken and I had parked in visitors-a longer walk. The elevator was also not available in the section you are lead to. Not the hosts fault, but four flights of stairs with luggage was a workout.
