Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, balconies, decks, and outdoor spaces. Check-in is simple and convenient with our keyless entry system. Your personalized access code will be provided just before your arrival for a seamless start to your vacation.
Other things to note ▪Security Deposit: A $300 security deposit will be collected prior to your arrival, will be returned 2 days following your stay if the home is left in good condition.
▪Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. It must be signed within 48 hours to retain your booking. This agreement includes house rules, guest responsibilities, and legal disclaimers for NC rental law compliance.
▪ Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, we have 3 exterior security cameras. Two cameras are installed in the carport area, monitoring exterior entries. The third camera is on the top deck facing the ocean to monitor weather conditions. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion.
