Welcome to the Köhler Holiday Home.
A warm “Glück Auf” from Zöblitz, the town of serpentine stone. I’m delighted to have you visit “Haamit Erzgebirge.”
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the holiday home offers plenty of space for its guests. The area offers unforgettable natural scenery all year round. It’s truly unique during the Advent and Christmas season. Lights and candle-lit arches in nearly every window create an unforgettable atmosphere at this time of year. During your stay, you’ll feel as though time slows down here. Exploring the hiking trails of the Ore Mountains is a special experience.

Köhler Holiday Home:

The holiday home (105 m²) can accommodate up to 6 people.
The modern kitchen-living room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, dishes, toaster, TV, coffee maker, and electric kettle. 
The living room features a cosy sitting area, a TV, and a piano.
Bathroom I has a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower screen.
Bathroom II has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Two bedrooms are suitable for 2 people each and feature a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed.
The third bedroom has a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed suitable for 1–2 people.
All three bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
E-bike charging is available on-site.

A wallbox is available for charging electric or hybrid vehicles.
A large garden with a cosy seating area and barbecue facilities invites you to relax.
Pets are allowed upon request.

The holiday home is a smoke-free property.



On-site fees: A 10% prepayment may be charged after booking. Payment is due in cash upon check-in or in advance via bank transfer. The holiday home is available for check-in starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via the key safe. The holiday home must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (later times may be arranged upon request). Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €25. A baby cot or extra bed is not available. Please bring a travel cot if needed. Guests aged 16 and older are required to pay a tourist tax of €2.10 per person per day. The final cleaning fee is €55. Wi-Fi, parking, towels, and bed linens are included. By booking, you agree to the house rules, which can be found on the website under the “Information about the Holiday Home” section.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Wir kommen gern wieder

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus Köhler. Es ist zugleich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch mit Hund zu empfehlen. Danke!
