Cute little house that is convenient to everything. Walking trail within walking distance, along with shopping and restaurants. The owner provided everything that you might need. I would definitely rent again.

It’s hard to find a clean, reasonably priced rental that will allow dogs. I was so pleased we were able to find this one. The host was super accommodating and we had everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed in countless rentals and this was the first time we experienced a flawless check in. The house is in an excellent, safe location with easy access to a walking trail and the Peoria Heights restaurants/bars. Will definitely be back.

Host was great. Tv microwave and Keurig did not work. So no coffee in the morning and no way to catch weather or news
