Wailea Elua Village #2301 is a premier vacation condominium located in Elua Village which is directly on the sugar sand of Ulua beach in Wailea. This impressive vacation condominium is constantly in high demand with new living room furniture and lanai furniture - Absolutely Lovely, plus a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two single beds in the guest bedroom which can be converted into a 'king' sized bed upon request, and a Queen-sized sofa bed. The lush grounds at Wailea Elua Village feature 102 well-designed condominiums on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, postcard ocean views in a low-rise village community atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua's Ulua Beach is one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course and the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for guests of Elua village. The Andaz Hotel Wailea, The Wailea Marriott, the Wailea Gateway Center, Wailea Town Center, Shops on the Green, and Shops at Wailea as well as all of Wailea's famous beaches, hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Wailea Elua features two large swimming pools, one of which is at the beachfront pavilion with barbecue facilities for entertaining. The second pool in the center of the property features, a whirlpool spa and the community also feature a pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. Located on the mile-and-a-half beach walk which gently meanders along the Wailea Resort beach and oceanfront, Wailea Elua Village offers the privacy of gated access with 24-hr security and the convenience of Wailea's many shopping, dining and entertainment choices.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Maui! The location is unbeatable—just a few hundred yards from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks or sunset strolls without ever needing to drive. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning—we enjoyed coffee each morning looking out over the ocean and lush surroundings. You can really tell the owners take pride in the space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Maui

Alternative to resorts

We’ve stayed at large Wailea resorts previously. Tried a unit at Elua this time and really enjoyed it. This one in particular was very updated, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear.

We had to prop a chair up against it to stay closed so it would run. The laundry area doors were the only other annoying thing. The one in front of the washer didn’t close so it blocked the opening to the master bedroom and the one if front of the dryer prevents you from opening the door to the dryer and it’s really awkward to get your clothes out.The amenities are amazing! The pools are great as well as the beach area.

Perfect Location and Great Quality

My wife and I were blown away by how great the condo was. The view from the lanai is great and you are a 2 minute walk to the beach path which spans all of the resorts, which means you can grab dinner at any one of them and walk back along the beach instead of driving. Not to mention the beach out front is among our favorites because it usually isn't super crowded and the snorkeling there is awesome! The interior of the condo is amazing and the remodel looks great! Overall great find, better than staying at one of the resorts for sure.

Turnkey experience to a great vacation

There's nothing to not like about staying at this condo in Wailea Elua. It has everything you need, just show up and have a good time. A well stocked welcome basket was a nice bonus that eased our transition to the island. The condo has beach chairs, sand toys, tot float, football, wagon to lug everything around, etc. Everything is in good condition and made for an excellent stay. Mahalo to everyone that makes this place wonderful!

This was a great unit. Very clean. Had everything we needed for the beach. Great beach within 5 mins walking and amazing snorkel beaches close by. Great location. Friends of ours rented unit in same complex and it was great to have family dinners at communal grill areas. We hope to come back again! 5 stars for sure

Great unit

Lovely unit, very responsive with assistance to get the fan/ac system up be running. Well stocked and clean. Only complaint is that the floors were quite dirty. We ended up mopping them ourselves so our feet would stop turning black from being soiled. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

Great spot . We have stayed on the property before. We will be back again next year. Floors were very dirty in property and we had to actually clean them ourselves with what we had to do so. The BBQ is very old and was extremely dirty. I still used it 6-7 times and worked out ok but suggest you throw that away and get a new one.

Wonderful stay

The condo was really nice and comfortable with all the amenities needed for the beach and to cook/grill. The resort grounds were beautiful and the condo was very well located, walking distance to the beach and shops at wailea, short drive to Kihei. It was hard to leave after 1 week. The only reason it got 4 stars for cleanliness is that when we arrived the floor in one of the bathrooms wasn't clean, it had a bunch of hair in the drain. I think this was likely a one-time oversight, as when the cleaners came mid-week they took care of it. However, I think the bathroom floor/tile overall needs updating or power wash/sanding, as it seems quite old and the grout is discolored. It sticks out compared to the rest of the condo.

This is one of our favorite properties that we have stayed at and we loved it. The view of the ocean from the living room and lanai is outstanding and we enjoyed breakfast each morning out on the lanai while soaking in the view. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have plenty of towels, and the unit has a full size washer and dryer which was great to have. The beach chairs were also in good condition. Lastly, the welcome basket was much appreciated and Sunny was very responsive and easy to work with. Mahalo!!
