The open roof structure and the modern Allgäu style furnishings create a holiday mood. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset over the meadows and forests. In two bedrooms there is a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed for a restful sleep. You are welcome to sit in the spacious winter garden or have a barbecue in the natural garden or relax by the campfire.

The apartment is located in Kimratshofen, a quiet, typical village in the Allgäu foothills of the Alps. 10 minutes to Center Parcs, between Kempten and Leutkirch in the Allgäu. 30 minutes to the Allgäu mountains. 45 minutes to Lake Constance.
