Es war alles so, wie ich es nach dem Inserat erwartet hatte.Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Wohnung auch noch einmal buchen.

Harzreise Quedlinburg und Umgebung

Hatten eine schöne und interessante Kurzreise nach Quedlinburg. Das Quartier befindet sich in guter Lage nahe der Innenstadt und des Bahnhofs. Kleiner Schock bei Anreise. Beim Betreten des Hauses . Man fühlte sich wie auf einer Baustelle ( überall Werkzeug, Baumaterial und dessen Reste ) . Die Wohnung selbst war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Sehr sauber , gepflegt , gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Somit hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung auch bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen

Super-Wohnung in guter Lage nahe Altstadt. Nur gab es ein bisschen Unsicherheit, ob die Bezahlung angekommen war, weil der Vermieter seine Bankverbindung gewechselt hatte. Aber Alles lief am Ende bestens :)

Punktlandung

Es hat alles problemlos und zuverlässig funktioniert. Wohnungsstandard bietet, was gebraucht wird. Kurze Wege in die schöne Altstadt, Parkplatz knapp vor dem Haus war immer zu bekommen. Supermarkt fürs Nötigste nicht weit. Allenfalls die Heizung war etwas zu knapp eingestellt. Aber das ist aktuell korrekt und geht auszuhalten. Kurzum: feine Sache, Empfehlung!

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet und auch alles soweit vorhanden. Sie liegt zwar direkt an einer Hauptstraße aber hat trotzallem eine super Lage, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Innenhof wird durch noch eine Parteien genutzt, was aus der Anzeige nicht zu erlesen war, aber an sich auch nicht störte. Wir hatten nur Pech das gerade ein Gerüst am Haus(im Innenhof) stand und die Arbeiter die Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts dort arbeiteten. Aber wie gesagt, meine Familie und ich waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtette FeWo. Nähe Zum Bahnhof und nur 10 min Fußweg gemütlich im Zentrum. Sehr netter unkomplizierter Kontakt bei Dingen rund um die Wohnung. Nächstes Jahr wieder!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erlebnisse im Harz

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, 1 Stufe. Modern eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcoach, Küche und Bad mit Dusche . In der Küche ist das wichtigste vorhanden, Butterdose und Mikrowelle fehlen allerdings. Von der Küche aus kann man in den Innenhof, dort befinden sich Tisch und Stühle. Wir haben es genossen im Freien zu frühstücken. Leider kann man nicht langfristig vor dem Haus parken, nur zum Be-und Entladen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden, aber man parkt dann unter Linden und muß ca. 5 min laufen. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut zu Fuß die Innenstadt mit zahlreicher Gastronomie erreichen. Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet, hier mußten wur zum ersten Mal eine Kaution bezahlen, die aber auch nach Ende der Reise schnell wieder zurück überwiesen wurde.
