Spend your days kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the waters edge with occasional glimpses of bald eagles as they soar through the skies. Evenings bring campfires, starlit skies, & laughter with family & friends. A perfect blend of calm, fun, & nature’s beauty—all right by the water’s edge to refresh your soul.
We are located less than one hour from Downtown Nashville. Less than 45 minutes to Clarksville and Dickson. Right at 20 minutes to beautiful Ashland City and Historic Charlotte.
Bring your boat, kayak, or paddle boards. You have access to our boat dock, as well as access to 2 public boat ramps...a gravel boat ramp located at the end of our road and a paved boat ramp less than 1 mile away.
If you are looking for a place to fish, ski, enjoy the waterways or relax, this is the place for you. Cheatham Lake is part of the Cumberland River and offers a beautiful setting and a great way to travel to Nashville or Clarksville by boat.
Currently, our home is offered Thursday through Monday morning. If you are interested in a longer stay, please let us know. We will see if we can accommodate your needs.
If you're able to be there before 1pm on check in day or need a later check-out time, let us know. We know what it’s like to have to wait or worse, have to rush off first thing in the morning and offer this flexibility at no extra charge.
Want to avoid going to the grocery store? Call in your Walmart order, let them deliver and if your groceries beat you here...we can make sure your groceries make it in the house, including refrigerated and freezer items.
Oh yes…we provide ample premium toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Very easy check in, super clean property. Beautiful setting right on the river with fishing and a fire pit. Friendly neighbors and great for kids and families. Thank you for a great stay, you helped make our trip fantastic. Looking forward to staying with you again.
