praktisch und schlicht eingerichtete Wohnung, tolle Nähe zum Rheinufer, schöne ruhige Lage

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss stimmt leider nicht.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Leider ist die Wohnung insgesamt oberflächlich sauber (WC mit extremen Urinstein, Wasserkocher stark verkalkt, Ecken staubig) da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind und die Wohnung an einer großen Straße liegt ist es durchaus laut im Wohnzimmer und im 2. Schlafzimmer. Wir sind früher abgereist und haben erst nach ein paar Stunden jemanden erreicht.

Wohnung in Koblenz im Dachgeschoss

Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, nur das Badezimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, da man sich nicht vernünftig duschen kann.

Nette Vermieter, jedoch Renovierungsstau

Einfache Wohnung in Dachgeschoss, es war für Kaffeekapseln gesorgt, Seife und Toilettenpapier im ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Leider hat die Küche zwar einen Backofen, jedoch keine Backbleche und die Dichtung hing lose herum. Auch der Toilettenspülknopf war abgebrochen. Einen Mülleimer in der Küche fehlte leider auch.... Etwas mehr und gründlicher Renovieren und es würde passen.
