The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time: 10:00 am Please load used dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. Leave used sheets in a pile on the bedroom floors.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Please don’t leave food out in the kitchen. Return garage door opener to the basket in the kitchen. Return key to exterior key-safe.
Turn off all lights. Turn thermostat to 55*. SAFE TRAVELS! And we hope to host you again soon. :-)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
View wildlife from the house. Moose are not uncommon and dangerous. Bear aren't as common, but present! No food left outside or in vehicle. Thank you.
Quiet time, in consideration of our wonderful neighbors, 7am-9pm.
If rental agreement is not signed by 30 day prior to check-in, the booking could be cancelled.
