Large modern loft with a luxurious ambience

The converted attic, with a floor area of approximately 150 square metres, features a living room measuring over fifty square metres with a wood-burning stove, couches, armchairs, and access to a large west-facing balcony, as well as a nook with a sleeper sofa. Of course, the living room can be completely darkened so that you can sleep in even in the summer when using the comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen (equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee maker, and its own small pantry with a refrigerator) features an open layout with a central dining area. From here, you have access to two bathrooms with natural light, a single room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom is located on the east side of the loft and is furnished with Indian furniture—the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea in between activities. The apartment is ideal for parents who want to spend the most precious time of the year with their children—who may already be adults—or for friends who want to spend time together in a luxurious setting. The apartment offers space to enjoy time together, but also enough room to have some privacy. This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. We offer you a holiday experience with a difference. The holiday homes and apartments at Arber Lofts feature modern amenities, combined with shabby-chic furniture and select antiques. The surrounding area, with its unspoiled natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of recreational activities and places to explore. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via Sofortüberweisung. Please note that neither (credit) card payments nor cash payments are accepted on-site. If you would like a payment confirmation, please feel free to send us an email. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartments.Starting in 2026, the visitor’s tax will be included in the price. You’ll receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. For late arrivals, keys are available via a key safe. A cot is available free of charge upon request.
