This room is completed by a modern fitted kitchen, separated by a counter and equipped with German brand appliances and a long worktop - ideal for preparing culinary delights. The ground floor is complemented by a tastefully tiled bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. On the first floor you will find two excellently furnished bedrooms, including access to the large balcony with enchanting sea views, and a further elegantly tiled bathroom with bathtub.

Outside, a spacious terrace paved with natural stone and mostly covered invites you to linger - perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the view. A staircase leads down to a sunny terrace garden with sunbathing areas, which is available to our guests for relaxing hours outdoors without restriction.

The villa is located on the northern Aegean island of Thassos, close to the mainland and the town of Kavala and easily accessible by car ferry or hydrofoil. The starting point of Prinos, with its 5 picturesque settlements and a harbour, promises a rich history and characteristic 19th century architecture. The nearby beaches and the main harbour of Prinos, which are only a few kilometres away, offer ideal conditions for exploring the island in a hire car, which is readily available.
