Holiday home with garden, barbecue and terrace

This modern, family-friendly holiday home is located close to the beach and pool,
in a quiet and self-contained holiday home development in the beautiful district of Los Ángeles.
The house has an approx. 33 m² living and dining room with an integrated American kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob (electric connection), a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a Blu-Ray player is available so that you don't have to miss out on your favourite German TV programme even on holiday. There are also two bedrooms in the house. In one bedroom there is a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). In the other bedroom, the children's room, there is a wooden baby cot measuring 60 x 120 cm and a bunk bed with pull-out bed drawer for a total of three children measuring 90 x 200 cm. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. You can also wash your clothes in the in-house washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available. There are three air conditioning units in the house, which heat and cool the house. The house has child-friendly furnishings and is ideal for families with small children. A children's dining chair, children's crockery and cutlery, children's step for the sink and various sand toys are available.
The garden and the two beautiful terraces of the house invite you to enjoy great barbecues and cosy get-togethers. Children will also have lots of fun here. It is of course possible to install a paddling pool. The urbanisation consists of several terraced houses and is self-contained, so that no traffic noise can be heard and the urbanisation cannot be entered by strangers. If you arrive by car or wish to hire a car, you can park your vehicle in a separate, self-contained car park on the urbanisation, which is of course free of charge.
The sandy beach or the beautiful "Aldea del mar" pool complex (for a fee) are just a five-minute walk away. On the beach, you can hire beach loungers, pedal boats and jet skis in summer and savour Spanish delicacies in the surrounding restaurants with a view of the Mediterranean.

Rental conditions and seasons:
- From April to September: During these months the house is only available for tourist rentals. Tourist rentals are limited to a maximum of 9 consecutive nights per tenant, in accordance with the local legislation of the Comunitat Valenciana.
- From October to March: During this period we also offer lettings for longer periods (from 10 nights). These rentals are not subject to tourist rental restrictions and can be booked for 10 nights or more. Please confirm after booking that the stay is considered a long term rental and not a tourist rental.
