The two bedrooms are accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 metres), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchen and bathroom were also completely renovated in 2020 and are modern and extensively equipped.
The house is located approx. 100 m from the water and approx. 250 m from the beach, so it is only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The sand there slopes gently into the Ijsselmeer, making it ideal for children to play and splash around as well as for swimmers. There is also children's play equipment and a beach volleyball court on the beach. Several benches invite you to linger in sunny and cloudy weather. The historic town centre of Lemmer is 1.2 km away. Here you will find many small Dutch shops that invite you to browse, not only in bad weather. There are several supermarkets in the town centre for daily shopping, including Lidl and Aldi. Along the idyllic canal that flows through the town centre, you can relax in the many street cafés and restaurants. There are several marinas 500 metres from the house. There is a newly built indoor swimming pool on the beach and a smaller swimming pool with sauna and solarium 500 metres opposite the bungalow park. Other activities on offer include Surfing, sailing, swimming, bicycle tours (bicycles can be hired on site), city walks (Lemmer, Sneek, Urk with its old lighthouse, Enkhuizen with its open-air museum, Oudemirdum with a lovely theme park for children, Stavoren, Emmeloord, Kampen, etc.), fishing, bowling... You will find information and tips for excursions in the region in the bungalow.
From the living/dining room you can access the terrace with garden furniture and parasol, which is adjacent to your own garden. The living/dining room leads to the kitchen. This has been equipped with a new fitted kitchen in 2020 and includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the cupboards you will find everything you need for cooking, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various pans and saucepans. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen. This has also been completely renovated in 2020 and is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The washing machine is also located here. The equipment also includes a towel radiator and a hairdryer. The house has gas central heating so that it can also be used in winter. From the terrace you can access the storage room, where you can store your bicycles, beach toys or other items. There is a parking space for your car. On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted by our manager, who will also be your contact person on site during your holiday. You can book WLAN, towels, bicycles or a boat through him on site.
