Freshly renovated in 2025, we recently renovated our elegant two-room ground-floor vacation apartment above Garda in the quiet Marciaga area, on the edge of the vineyards, 1 km from the "Ca Delgi Olivi" golf course and the "Val Mulinari" hiking trail. From the front door, you can bike into the mountains to Prada/Monte Baldo, or reach Bardolino, Lazise, and Torri Del Benaco in 5-15 minutes.

Includes a lockable garage with a power outlet for parking and charging e-bikes and cars.

The entire experience is rounded off by the XL pool and sunbathing lawn.

Erholung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in solch ruhiger Lage mit dem tollen Pool sehr genossen. Jenseits der üblichen Tourismusströme bot die Lage der Ferienwohnung die Möglichkeit zu allerlei Ausflügen und Unternehmungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und dieser stets hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mir grossem Pool

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Der Besitzer antwortete über Whatsapp sehr schnell, die Kommunikation klappte perfekt. Da dieser nicht vor Ort wohnt hat man alle Infos im Voraus sehr ausführlich bekommen. Ich würde definitiv noch einmal buchen
