Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Our host was so friendly and helpful! The quiet setting was beautiful. Our host gave us great tips for places to eat and sites to visit in the area. I definitely plan to visit again soon. 5 stars for sure!!

Check in was at 2:30 pm, I didn’t recieve the door code till 6pm. It was difficult to get her attention via phone and email at first. Arrived at the house and it was just like the pictures. What I didn’t expect was yard junk all over the outside and sheds. Walked in the house and it smelled as soon as you entered the door. The owners house faces the bedroom of the rental we were staying in. There is absolutely no privacy in the house because there is no blinds and no curtains. We rented the space for use of a kitchen. There were only disposable utensils and we spent over an hour cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was dusty or dirty nothing was clean except her new carpet she harped about not walking on. The toilet seats all needed to be changed. No amount of cleaning can address the toilet seats they need to be replaced. The place was unkept and filthy. The house needs a professional cleaner after every stay. It’s obvious this place does not get cleaned on any sort of regular basis. Stove top was useless , burners only worked on high so unless you liked burnt food there’s no point in using it. The upstairs bathroom leaks right down into the center of the kitchen so made cooking even more of a challenge. I had to empty a bucket after every shower. I don’t believe this house is up to any building code standards. We tried dealing with the place since it was to late to get a refund. Ended up leaving a day early. Lucky for us we could afford to go somewhere else.
