The house has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 dining kitchen and two kitchenettes. Relax in the living area in front of the fireplace with a glass of local wine or spend the evening with a good book. The long dining table in the kitchen is a great place to eat together or socialise.



A highlight of the house is the beautiful outdoor pool with fantastic views over the hilly landscape. Enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and cool off on hot days with a dip in the pool. The outdoor areas and the covered terrace offer ideal conditions for a holiday in the fresh air: barbecue delicious specialities, play pétanque or badminton or relax on the garden furniture with a meal.



You can hike or play golf in the beautiful countryside and switch off from everyday life. For an excursion, it is worth visiting beautiful Florence, which is around 90 km away. The owner lives on site and offers meals and cookery courses on request.
