Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Edgar and I had good communication until day of check in. He stated he had me down for a different listing (causing me to wait 30mins to get checked in) When I walked in it seemed clean, but there was absolutely no extra napkins, spray cleaner, the hand towel holder was damaged, the shower smelt of sewerage, & the four towels smelt very moldy. I had to call the police the 2nd night because the walls were so thin and I heard loud voices and a child crying. I reached out to Vrbo directly and was extremely disturbed by them not being able to do anything. Instead told me to reach out to Edgar. I reached out to him, just to be ignored. I talked to 3 different supervisors from Vrbo who informed me it was up to Edgar if he wanted to give me any type of refund, and they agreed he should of had more items for me to keep the place clean while I stay there for 4 nights. Over all this experience was horrible. I hope Vrbo does something on their end, as they had me file a formal complaint with an incident number, as Edgar denied police being called or coming out.
