This charming lake cottage is located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains with dazzling views of Norfork Lake. It resides in a generational family owned and operated lake resort, Teal Point Resort. It is a 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed in one room and 1 full and 1 twin bed in the second bedroom with sofa bed in living room. One full bath with shower stall. We pride ourselves on being spotlessly clean. We are the area's only 3 diamond award winners for cleanliness. It has a full size, fully equipped kitchen and ready for you. All you need to bring is your favorite seasonings, supplies and food. With plenty of parking and access to resort amenities. It's quiet location is perfect if you are looking for a secluded haven, a romantic getaway or small family vacation. Perfect for peace and wildlife watching, with private lake access to docks and boat launch ramp and boat rentals. Free 9x20 standard size boat stalls comes with rental. We don't have clean up rules although we appreciate any effort in cleaning up. There are trash can locations outdoors to take trash too.

Simply leave the keys on the kitchen table with the door unlocked. Staff is on site at all times and will enter upon departure. You can also leave them at the main office but it's not necessary.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking or vaping inside units but ashtray is provided on patio tables outside.
